Marlon Anderson slides into second in the eighth inning of the Mets game against the Atlanta Braves. The Mets offense was very quiet, only waking up in the ninth inning, when it was a little too late.The Mets will come home to open the final season at Shea Stadium against the Philadelphia Phillies on Tuesday.
